CHANGES & MERGER

Hello! I'm currently in the process of merging my 3 sites to make it easier for me to keep everything up.

So all book tours that have a ROMANCE title will be posted to the new site instead of here on Booksniffer Book Reviews. All non-romance titles will still be posted here.

Those posts can be found here: http://loveineverypage.weebly.com/

I'm sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, but it'll be better in the long run.

Feature & Follow Friday: Hobbies Besides Reading

Hosted by Parajunkee’s View and Alison Can Read

Share! Tell us about one of your hobbies that is NOT reading.

I have two hobbies, besides reading, that I really enjoy. Those are drawing and sewing.

I started really enjoying sewing when I started my Clothing class in my Freshman year. I loved my teacher Mrs. Zurn and had many other classes she taught at the school throughout my 4 years there. I was even her student service worker one year. But she is the main reason I came to love sewing so much.

Below are two pictures of prom dresses I made for my Junior and Senior proms:

The first picture is from my Junior prom. I'm the one in the black and silver dress. That dress was incredible hard to make. The thing I had the most trouble with was the gathering for the skirt part of the dress. It took me until the morning of prom to finish it, and I still had pins in it that I missed getting out of it, so I was being poked all night. I did get an A on it, though.

The second picture is of my Senior prom. I'm the one in the sea green dress. Probably not the best color to choose, since it made me look even more pale than I already am. It was also the first time I used elastic and I did it wrong, so parts of the dress didn't fit right.

*****

I have a friend that I really admired for his ability to draw really well. We've been friends since the 1st grade, and he had helped me on numerous drawing for projects and he gave me gifts that included his drawing. There were multiple times when I wished that I could draw as well as he did. So when I got into reading Japanese manga I really wanted to try my hand at drawing scenes from those manga.

Here are a few of my drawings (click to enlarge):

I'm not picky, so whichever of my follow options works
best for you is fine. I just prefer GFC.

Thank you for visiting and following!
